All of our services are performed by licensed professionals, including our Nurse Practitioner and Owner, Diana Byrd, and our certified aesthetician and laser specialist, Kristin Cage.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Every client begins with a personalized consultation. During this time, we’ll discuss your goals, skin type, and medical history to create a customized plan designed just for you. You can book a free consult direct on this site.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Preparation varies depending on the service, but in general, we recommend arriving with clean skin (no makeup or lotions) and avoiding excessive sun exposure before your appointment. Specific prep instructions will be given at the time of booking.
How often should I book treatments?
It depends on the service and your individual goals. Some clients visit monthly for facials or skin maintenance, while others schedule injectables or laser treatments a few times a year. We’ll help you create a schedule that keeps your skin looking its best.
Do you offer packages or memberships?
We provide special packages to help clients maintain consistent results. Ask us during your visit. We are developing a membership plan but it is not quite available yet.
Do you carry skincare products I can use at home?
Absolutely. We offer medical-grade skincare lines like Skinbetter Science, SkinCeuticals, and Obagi, which complement our in-office treatments and help you maintain results at home.
How much do your treatments cost?
We believe in transparent pricing. Our booking page outlines the cost or starting price for each treatment. For services that are highly individualized, like biostimulators, neuromodulators, and fillers, the exact investment may vary based on the number of units or syringes required—but we will always review and confirm your treatment plan with you prior to beginning any treatment procedure.
What is the recommended time needed between receiving different treatments?
