These Company Policies apply to Speak Beauty Denver LLC, doing business as Speak Beauty Studios (“Speak Beauty Studios,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Our goal is to provide every client with professional, safe, and enjoyable services. The following policies are in place to ensure smooth scheduling, a respectful environment, and the highest quality of care for everyone. Please take a few moments to review them before your visit.
1. Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by phone.
A valid credit card may be required to secure your booking.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $100.
3. Refund Policy
Services: Once a treatment has been performed, service fees are non-refundable.
Packages: Pre-purchased packages are non-refundable. Packages are valid for 12 months from purchase. If a treatment in a package is deemed unsuitable by your provider, the value may be applied as a credit toward other services.
Products: All retail product sales are final and non-returnable.
4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full service.
If you are late, your service may need to be shortened to keep our schedule on track. Full service fees will still apply.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and charged a cancellation fee.
5. Treatment Photos
For certain services, we may require “before and after” photos as part of your treatment record.
These images are kept confidential and used only for clinical purposes unless you provide written consent for marketing use.
6. Children & Guests
To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, children under 13 years old are not permitted in treatment rooms.
Children in the waiting area must be supervised by an adult at all times.
7. Phone & Device Use
To help maintain a calm and focused environment, please silence your phone and refrain from calls or device use during treatments.
8. Valuables
You may be asked to remove jewelry during certain treatments.
Speak Beauty Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
9. Health & Safety
Please inform your provider of any medical conditions, medications, or allergies before your treatment.
We reserve the right to decline or modify services if a treatment is unsafe or medically inappropriate.
10. Right of Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual in cases of:
Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.
Illnesses or conditions that pose a risk or contraindication to treatment.
Non-compliance with studio policies.
Clients also have the right to discontinue a service at any time.
11. Policy Updates
Speak Beauty Studios may update or adjust these policies at any time. Any changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
