Diana Byrd, MSN, NP-BC is a board-certified Nurse Practioner with over 14 years of clinical experience in Primary Care, Procedural Medicine, Dermatology, and Aesthetics. Her diagnostic expertise, attention to detail, and patient-first philosophy allow her to approach each client with an individualized strategy – delivering results that are both natural and elevated beyond the traditional one-size-fits all model.
Formally trained in Aesthetic Medicine in 2014, Diana’s passion for aesthetics has been marked by a decade of continuous education and hands-on refinement. In 2020, she brought this vision to life by founding Speak Beauty Studios, a practice that reflects her committment to excellence, artistry, and empowerment through aesthetic medicine.
Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Belmont University, graduating with honors in 2008, when she began her nusring career in Trauma and Surgery. Driven by a desire to expand her clinical capabilities, Diana pursued advanced practice training and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Regis University in 2013, becoming a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. Her committment to lifelong learning and clinical excellence continues today as she pursues her Doctorate degree, further enriching her expertise in patient care, leadership, and evidence-based innovation.

Diana maintains active memberships in the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Association of Aesthetic Medicine, the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and the International Peptide Society. Her commitment to continued learning has led her to train with some of the most esteemed experts in aesthetic medicine—including, but not limited to, Dr. Jani van Loghem and Dr. Tom Van Eijk (Netherlands), Dr. Arthur Swift (Montreal), Dr. Lee Walker and Dr. Benji Dhillon (United Kingdom), and most recently, Dr. Kate Goldie at her private training estate in Chipping Norton, UK. These experiences have helped shape Diana’s thoughtful, evidence-based approach to aesthetics and patient care.
At the heart of Diana’s work is a relentless dedication to safe, evidence-based care and the art of creating subtle, restorative beauty. Outside of her professional life, Diana finds joy in time spent with her supportive husband and children. Her creativity is also fueled by a love of interior design and art, while long outdoor runs serve as her personal reset and sanctuary.

A Licensed Esthetician, Certified Laser Specialist, and Acne Expert, she is known for her thoughtful, personalized approach to skin health. Kristin believes the best skin transformations begin with trust, knowledge, and customized care. By taking time to truly understand each client’s unique needs, she delivers advanced treatments that restore confidence and support long-term, radiant skin.
Her own journey with hormonal, cystic acne and rosacea sparked a deep passion for helping others achieve clear, glowing skin—because she knows firsthand how transformative the results can be. Backed by years of hands-on experience and ongoing education, Kristin stays at the forefront of skincare innovations to provide the highest standard of care.
Outside the treatment room, Kristin is a proud mother of three and grandmother to one amazing grandson. She leads an active lifestyle filled with CrossFit, hiking, paddleboarding, and time spent outdoors with her family—including her beloved dogs. Her commitment to wellness and balance is reflected in her whole-body approach to aesthetics, helping clients feel as good as they look.
